PGA TOUR editorial services department has to accurately and confidentially send out thousands of PGA TOUR, Champions Tour and Nationwide Tour media guides. These guides are mailed in early January to all member professional golfers. In addition, the PGA TOUR ships media guides weekly to tournament sites. Each Tour member is mailed an annual report mid-year.
