Where are you located?

We are in Jacksonville, Florida, on the East Coast. Shipping by ground to the West Coast can take up to 6 business days.
What are your packaging options?

We will package your products in whatever way you need. From the most basic to the complex, our team can handle exactly to your specifications. In regards to packing materials we endeavor to use recycled materials whenever possible. Should purchased materials be required we have agreements with several major packaging companies. Should purchased packaging materials be required we have the largest volume discounts available, get fee shipping and all ordered products arrive next day. We charge you at cost with no mark-up. All prices can be viewed by our customers online.
What are My Shipping Options?

UPS is our carrier of preference however, we ship with all the major carriers, UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, USPS. We can use our own account or your account with all of these carriers.
When are you open for business?

Our general operating hours are Monday – Friday 09:00am-05:00pm EST with the exceptions of those core US Holidays, when UPS, FedEx USPS are also not operating. We do endevour to always pick-up our phone 24/7/365 always answered by Shipping-and-Handling.com company employees never an answering service or distant call center. If you do get a voice message it means that we’re on the phones helping other customers. If this happens, please leave your name and number and a brief description of how we can help you, and we'll return your call immediately.
What Support can I expect?

In order to keep our service charges down for all our customers our perferred support service is via email or web submission from our "Contact us" page on the website. But we are always available to discuss over the telephone all your queries and advise on best shipping methods and options etc.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can change and even cancel an order any time prior to shipment from our warehouse. Chaning your order details may delay shipment by 24 hours (more if the next day is not a normal business day).
Can you integrate with my inhouse systems and software?

Our IT department can handle standard integration for virtually any shopping cart or software system and we can always match your operating systems policies and procedures, it just might take a little extra effort in the early days while we go through the learning curve and sometimes we have to invest in additional software which we may ask you to share the cost with us.
How long before my order ships?

Orders received before mid-day (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday will ship the same day (except Holidays).
What method of shipping can I use and how long will it take?

Our usual method of shipping is via UPS Ground, although we can use any carrier of your choice. Delivery in the Continental United States normally takes between 1 and 6 business days depending on where you ship to. After your shipment has left our warehouse we send you a Shipment Notification email that contains the UPS Tracking number. You can use this number to track the movement of your package on the carrier website.
What if I want my order faster?

All methods of shipment are available upon request, including next day air. Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them.
Can I open an account?

Our preferred method of payments are paypal, bank transfer, and credit card. However, if you are unable to use these methods, please contact us to discuss your eligibility to open an account.
Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
